Male' Delivery
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 9 pm.
- Free Delivery to any address in Male' & Hulhumale' for purchases above MRF 160.00
Island Ferry Delivery
- Contact details of boat caption should be provided
- Free Delivery to any specified boat for purchases above MRF 160.00
Shop Collection
- Orders can be collected from any of COUNTLINE OUTLINES in Male & Hulhumale free of charges. Please mention your designated COUNTLINE outlet as delivery address.
Personal Pickup
- All items ordered on COUNTLINE Online can be picked up at the COUNTLINE retail outlets designated to pick up the order.
- Order number of reference number will be required.
Delivery issues
- In the case of any delays or problems with the delivery of your package, please contact the COUNTLINE Customer Service Centre on 3337888 (SAT-THD 0830 hrs – 1700 hrs).
- To return damaged items, please refer to the COUNTLINE Online return policy.
- All the cakes that are not being collected within 3 days' time will be disposed and there will be no refund.
